How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 2-4 days. All orders placed before 8pm are shipped out the next day. A tracking and invoice number will be emailed to you when your FabFramez items have been are sent out.
What is FABFRAMEZ refund policy?
Fabframez has a firm NO REFUND / NO EXCHANGE POLICY. No exceptions!
What happens If I ordered the wrong pair of framez?
To avoid this error, we ask that you carefully select the right style and color. We also provide a comment section where you can add details to your purchase. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES.
What happens if I receive a damaged pair of Framez?
When this happens, you have 48 HOURS from the delivery time to email us a picture of the framez that are damaged. Our email is info@fabframez.com. After we receive the picture of your damaged item, you will receive store credit.
What happens if my package says delivered and I didn’t receive it?
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. If this happens, you must call your local post office of package carrier to see where your package is.
